Complete the online Intake Questionnaire

Planning session with your attorney(s)
This is where we will discuss your assets and estate and your desires for your estate plan. This can occur via zoom, phone call, or in-person at our Chicago office.

Your attorney will draft the document(s) and send it to you for your review

Review & Revision Meeting (optional)
This is where we will review the documents together and discuss any questions that you have as well as any changes you would like to make. Your attorney will complete the requested revisions and send you the new documents.

Review and complete documents
We will ensure everything is written exactly the way that you want before it is completed.

Notarize and sign document(s) with witnesses. This occurs online and we provide the notary and witnesses.

Receive your estate planning binder in the mail. We also keep digital copies in case you need them in the future
